Well, I think I've finally got my head on straight. It seems to help me to have my calories planned out, and to think ahead what I will have for meals and snacks. Today is a low calorie day, aiming for 1050 calories. I am zigzagging so don't freak out people. I know it sounds low but it's not every day. So far, so good. Low days can be hard but I just have to get through it. I am working out 30 minutes a day for the Six Week Challenge(it doesn't start til next week but I'm staring early). Today I did a 35 minutes Cardio Max Biggest Loser workout. It was so hard since I haven't been working out, but I got through it. I need to clean the house today bad. It got destroyed yesterday by two small tornadoes named Kaelyn(my daughter) and Gracie(the evil kid next door). I have gotten started buy I keep getting distracted by the shiny internet. The more I get off my butt the better, though! Have a good day y'all! :)
