Good morning!

Today's journal is SHORT, but I did wanna come weight in.

Yesterday, I did fall in a bit. I had a chocolate that I did NOT intend to have, and one of the big ones too. Fortunately, dinner was much lower in calories than expected, so it evened out some, but not all. Boooo!

Oh well.

I gained weight. Pretty much everything I lost yesterday. That sucks. Still, I'll keep staying on course, and I'm still more than excited to be down three kilos over the last week!

This morning is BUSY! I'm helping daughter to finish her application for a new education. It's due today. No time for anything else, so I'm off from here again. Expect more from me later or tomorrow

Sorry buddy, I haven't been checking in on my buddies in a while...life has been pretty crazy for me in the last four months, so I've been very focused on me and my relationship with wifey. Life is less stressful now and I should be able to check in more often. Hope all is well and thank you for the comments on my journal! Later.
