My Dr. Has me on elimination diet to see what’s playing havoc with my body, no dairy, no meat, no grains, no soy and if I’m doing keto no starch. Very challenging but it’s doable. One of those things was the culprit as everything is working as it should now. So I’ll stay on a few more weeks before having blood work then try introducing one thing at a time. I have been lazy and neglecting this little group and app. So I’m going to really try to calculate each day , enter my foods
