I decieded to take a pass on weigh in. Spent a great Labor Day weekend camping with family and I probably over did it. Not to mention I haven't done much exercising. My weight is probably the same anyways, the scale has not moved in weeks.

Drinking that 8 glasses of water seems to be a must for me. I too am not getting weighed till Sunday for pretty much the same reasons. Going for a long walk today.Stick to it - it will come off.
