I think one of the best things about Fat Secret is the journalling. It gives me a place to be accountable to myself and analyze my patterns even if I've been too busy to track what I eat or how much exercise I've done. I really appreciate reading other people's journals and also the comments on my own.
So... what did I do good today? - I drank 2 full liters of water - I spent 3 hours gardening and 30 minutes walking the dog - I actually got some useful work done on my thesis - I ate 2 servings of fruit and 2 servings of low fat dairy
What could I have done better? - more time spent on thesis - more serious exercise (its been a few days since I've really done focused and challenging cardio and a few more since I did my ab workout video) - eaten fewer carbs - bagel, crackers, cereal - eaten more vegetables and fruits
So... this evening - my mom and I are going to shop for a healthy supper involving barbequed chicken breasts and vegetables and I'm going to get some more water into me

lol! "get some more water into me" - If that doesn't involve drinking, I don't want to hear about it! :) I get a lot out of journaling/reading journals, too. Great job yesterday!
