We'll do it together. When I first joined Weight Watchers, over 20 years ago (!!), I had to only lost 20 pounds. Now it is well over 100. I have "tried" repeatedly over the years, and the weight just goes up, up, up. I've had enough. I want to live the rest of my life THIN. I'm trying to think of a great "quote" but come up empty. All we can do is take things day-by-day.....minute-by-minute sometimes. Hang in there!
