I don't understand... why is my body resisiting?! Well, I kinda cheated a little 😳😳😳 in the past three days. I was exhausted and each time I spent a long day walking, my heel would start hurting again. I have been exercising consistently for over two weeks, eating a lot of carbs, and a few M&Ms here and there. I'm not sure if I should go back to low carb and IF or stick around to see what will happen. When I was doing keto and IF I was able to lose the weight very quickly which was a huge motivation for me so now when the number goes up, I feel deflated and will stop. I'm those all-or-nothing people. I keep telling myself if I didn't stick to my eating plan at least I shoud stick to working out. I refuse to give up this time and I will fight until the end 💪💪💪😡😡😡 bring it, I'm ready!!!
