Well, I passed the dentist test. No cavities today.
For breakfast, I had strawberries and 1/2 cup LF frozen yogurt.
For lunch I had two pieces of bread with lF creamcheese, a small bowl of shreddies with Skim milk and a boiled egg.
Hoping that'll hold me until supper
For exercise: I biked to my appointment and back and I'm packing, which is semi-active.
I'm holding stead at this weight, but I'm hoping a change of scene will help me start shedding some of this extra pounds. I wasn't going to take my bike, but now I'm considering it.
Hmmm.
