On December 19th, I caught the stomach virus that my daughter had. I lost 4 pounds in 24 hours. I vomited about 7 times and I had explosive diarrhea that left me severely dehydrated. It was a 24-hour bug and I felt better in one day's time, but I still feel a little nauseous if I eat certain foods. This is a definite fool-proof way to lose weight quickly! I don't want to gain this back!

same here, my entire house has it... its pretty aweful. my hubby took me to ER - i was so dehydrated i passed out. they IV fed me fluids and kept us all in for observation over night. aweful
