I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY feel good today! I decided to make a change to my workout schedule. One day a week I will amp up my routine like I did this morning. I increased my speed on my mile and cut my time by 7.5 minutes (YEAH!!!) and I increased my sets from 3x10 to 3x15. Last night a wrote up my mini goals.
220 lbs- New walking shoes 210 lbs- Heavy bag or Bosu ball 200 lbs- New outfit 190 lbs- Weights or Cathe balls (complete my set) 180 lbs- New outfit 170 lbs- Family pictures (gonna send them to everyone!) Goal 165 lbs- PS3 (for ME...NOT the kids..Tekken here I come!)
