Got my shoulder injected with steroids (rotator cuff impingement) and I slept for 6 hours straight without waking up! Hallelujah 🙌🏼 Now if I could find something to help my chronic constipation (I drink water, eat and take fiber daily, eat prunes, etc. and I still only go about once a week), I’d feel better than I have in decades. The only thing I haven’t tried is supplementing magnesium... going to buy some now. I haven’t eaten during the night for almost a week - thank you for the support and prayers!

Add some healthy fats. Avocado, evoo, etc.

I had an eating disorder for years and I think I permanently screwed up my GI tract. When I was doing keto I ate an avocado every day and added mct’s to coffee but it wasn’t any better. Dr wants me to get colonoscopy *sigh* spose I’ll have to...

Stop taking the fiber!! Increase your healthy fats with avocado oil , coconut oil, olive oil... don’t eat any processed type foods. Increase vegetables... spinach, kale, Brussels, asparagus, green beans, etc. and omit all dairy. It might take your system a couple weeks to adjust and begin working properly... so be patient. Praying you find natural answers.

I make my own Magnesium Water, it’s gentle and goes right to work. Here’s how to make it: 2 liter bottle of carbonated water (no sweeteners) 3 Tbsp Milk of Magnesia, (unflavored!!) make sure the ONLY thing listed under “other ingredients” is purified water. You will probably have to do some research to find some place that has this. Most places have an addition of sodium hypochlorite (bleach) in them. Pour carbonated water into a glass container, add 3 Tbsp Milk of Magnesia to the water slowly. Slowly stir until the water turns clear again. Refrigerate. Drink up to 4 oz twice a day by sipping. Don’t gulp it down as it could cause diarrhea.
