Yeah! Good for you! I was suppose to start Sunday but I never did! So what days are you doing this? Tue, Thu, Sat?

i was SUPPOSED to start day 1 week 5 today.. supposed was the operative word.. i woke up late :(.. so now i'm gonna have to do it in the heat of the day ... pray for me lol.. do it dionne!!! you'll love it!.. i do tues thurs and sat too!

@Dionne...Yep, I do Tue, Thur, Sat. I just happened to start on a Tuesday. Naiomy told me about the greatest app that you can download for C25K and it makes it so much easier by giving you cues when it's time to start/stop. You can do it! I'm not a runner by any means, but it's getting easier for me every day. @Naiomy...girl...I almost didn't make it today. I stayed up late cleaning and I was sooo tired this morning! I was dreading that 3 min run too, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. But I'm praying for you girl. Make sure you drink plenty of water!
