Are you getting enough sodium and potassium?

That is a substantial increase. Are you using a device that may need a new battery? Are you feeling anxious? Sleeping regularly? Started taking any new supplements?

It is high. Check it manually.

A normal heart rate is between 60 to 100. If you are concerned you might want to check with your doctor. Mine went up the other day but my doctor said it was ok because I have been doing a lot more exercise. I check it often anyway it seems it was only that one time.

Go to the doctor. Better safe than sorry.

My resting rate is also about 93 if I walk across the room it will go up to around 117. I have been to a the doctor, had a stress test, wore a monitor and apparently some individuals just run faster than others. However, If this is not normal for you go straight to your doctor.

Keilin, that seems high especially for your size, age, and activity level. I would get it checked.

Your worrying may be a component right now. Just go and have it checked out

Being anxious about it is going to make it rise. If you have insurance/can afford it, I'd call the dr and make an appointment and ask to talk to a nurse when you call.

Keilin_4—It’s Kenna, the nurse, take a deep breath. You are not going to die. That being said, you do need to get this checked out. A heart rate in your range is not normal.
#1 Are you getting these numbers off of a FitBit or other similar device?
#2 do you or some other person in your world know how to take a manual pulse.
#3 do you have access to a blood pressure machine? If you are running a low BP your HR will typically increase to compensate in order to deliver blood and oxygen to your organs or your BP can become elevated due to the fact that your heart is beating a little to fast.
#4 the most common cause of elevated heart rate and low blood pressure in your age group is some degree of dehydration.
#5think about your WOE— are you getting sufficient types of foods to meet potassium and sodium needs. Electrolyte imbalance can screw things up really bad.
#6 are you symptomatic with your higher HR? Are you short of breath (SOB), feeling disoriented, dizzy
You also have that issue of the abdominal bloating that is definitely NOT normal. It is time for you to get a good physical.
Make that appointment!!! Potential heart issues need to be evaluated .
