I'm going to have to procure a scale sometime this weekend when we are in town. Its weird not being able to see where I am. I think I'm down a little. I feel like I've been doing an exemplary job of being active and eating healthy the last few days. It would be nice to have a pleasant surprise.

I've even made some (if not enough) progress on my thesis. Its hard being in the mountains and spending time inside, but maybe that will egg me on.

I made it swimming for the second time in a row and again, the walk to the pool and back is nearly worth it by itself. Its beautiful here. I hope to make the pool tomorrow a little earlier and see if I can do a few more laps and I really should take 15 minutes somewhere and do some abs.

But in the meantime, back to work. I hope everyone else is having a good day and finds time to take a little walk and eat something healthy and yummy.
