I have dropped what I gained plus an extra 0.2 pounds. That is nice to see. The boys have left to attend to some family obligations and plan to be back on Tuesday to finish up the work here. Before they left, I began making a few better choices on the food front and with them gone I have embraced my old-new way of eating which brought it all down again.

I tried and tried again to share some pictures but the site isn't loading them -- any ideas? They are pictures from my iPHone and they are going into a photos folder.

I have been doing major yard clean up. My husband did not like to get rid of things so there is literally things that have not been tossed for 30 years. I have been 'cleaning house' getting rid of stuff. So far there has been -- just from the yard and not counting the basement--6 pick up loads taken to the landfill. That is a full size pick up! On top of that I did 2 loads from our income property yesterday to the Town Clean Up site. Yes that is 8 loads in 3 days all loaded and unloaded by me! I am taking a couple of days off and will go back at it again on Tuesday.

To do the clean up I had to bring gas to the truck in jerry cans, boost the truck off my car, haul three loads of water to our cistern, then remove the 500 gallon water tank onto our deck. I felt pretty darn good about myself that I accomplished all of that on my own. All of these jobs would normally have been done by my husband.

So those are my non scale victories!

Thank you for your support! I will have to be vigilant next week when the boys come back for a few days. I have a plan in place so hopefully I won't be re-losing weight next week!

You amaze me with what you can do. I am a pack rat too, and my husband wants our place to look like an army locker. It takes all kinds I suppose.
