Here I go again, been here so many time before...that "starting the diet again" part of my life. I am trying to align myself with some positive energy, rather then focusing on the negative crap. The negative or crappy parts being the importance of slow weight loss, the importance of taking it all day by day..the need to think of eating well with every bite i take- how a diet isn't about the end result , but those daily choices we make to stay on track.

So here i go again. I have never tried using an on line community before....perhaps this will fit into my need to stay accountable. If you think about it, accountability sucks. :)

slow healthy weight loss also sucks. But there is really no point in trying it a different way. It is also the most effective way...if you don't want to gain it all back that is...

here is to starting again...and all the excited energy that goes along with the first two weeks. lets see where that energy is at week nine? haha
