Ok, back on track. My goal seems so far away. I guess if I break it down into smaller more immediate goals, like get under 200 pounds. I am, however feeling so much better and my clothes are fitting better. Exercise is my next goal but working two jobs makes that tough!!! Was walking during my lunch hour but now it is 100 degrees and I really don't want to come back to work all sweaty and smelly. My neighbor has been gracious enough to let me swim laps in her pool but she has had guests recently and the pool has been busy. I guess one good thing about the time it will take to reach my goal is that I will be used to the change in eating habits. This isn't just a diet, this is going to be a permanent change in the way I look at food. I just gotta stick with it!!!
