Yeah... Not going too well so far this month. In my infinite wisdom I've replaced alcohol calories with junk calories, never gonna go well that one is it? I just can't wait for January to be over. I'm gonna start again properly once everyone else has broken their resolutions. I'm really not far from where I want to be anyway, by spring I think I'll be focusing on maintaining rather than losing.
