I'm writing because I have a sweet fang and keep wondering how to keep it in check. It is a major transition when what used to be "treats" now are trouble. I still want the treat but I now know they will take me where I don't want to go. Sort of like the need for safe intimacy practices these days. Its not a treat if we don't do it right. I hope you get at least some pounds toward your goal since when it comes to health every pound down helps. 

I'm so jealous...you have the Wii Fit!!! Let me know if you're loving it...I made hubby sell the Wii about 6 months ago because it was a dust collector....could kick my own arse now! ha! 

Way to go on getting the Wii Fit! NICE!! I'd have to agree, I'm jealous, too! lol Keep up the great work!
