I have been doing EMS training since February and also watching my diet, the scale however, wasn't dropping very fast at all. I was feeling much more energetic and my clothes started fitting much looser. Only after about 4 months my weight really started dropping and I started getting compliments. It's important to realize that permanent weight loss is slow as our bodies' physiology also has to adapt to these new changes.
