It is a Mongolian grill and you walk around and pick your meats and veggies and noodles (no noodles for me). Then they have about 20-30 different sauces that you ladel over your food in their bowls...like soy, teriyaki, garlic, ginger, sesame..and so on. The sauces killed me.

We have a place similiar to the Huhot here in Cali.. Can't remember the name but it is delicious.. You put all your meat veggies in a ..choose your sauce -noodles if you want.. Ohhh My -- my mouth is watering now!
I know it was DELICIOUS! You will be fine.. especially since you don't go there every day ;) Plus as you said you are doing good with your numbers to date!! As you tell me Jaime.. Don't be too hard on yourself..
