Haven't lost any weight in about a week. Its really frustrating! I was doing so good! What happened? =,( I really hoped I would be 3 lbs lighter by now... siiigh

the weight i lost this month i pretty much gained back.. and i only gained.9 poundsthis week.. so u can imagine my frustration lol.. i feel you girl.. i hoped to be 160 by 7/28.. doesn't seem very likely anymore.. either way we'll get there!!
