Happy happy Tuesday..positive energy to everyone...

Zwift ride over...21.03 miles today...but only 300 in elevation...along with 19 miles from yesterday...already at 40 miles for week already...feeling more positive about riding inside...with all the rain..and more coming...I know that the only excuse for not riding would be I just need a day off to rest...

Listened to an audiobook last 2 days...it’s called bookseller..came out in 2015... I think it said...well worth reading if your able...or listening to..I had part of it figured out...but was also half wrong in what I thought...kinda want to listen to it again to see if I pick up hints better the next time...

More rain again today...but gonna try and cut front yard at lest...

Noticed yesterday as I was walking thru Walmart..my shorts felt really lose in the waist..even though I wear a belt...no belt..they fall down...yesterday..I felt that same feeling...but at same time..was thinking..scales...haven’t been telling me the whole story...

Welp..coffee is gone..time to have breakfast...round up them endorphins...get some things done...
