I got greedy at Taco Bell today, but I'll have salad and grilled fish for dinner...I'm my mind that makes it okay. I checked out a Weight Watchers recipe book, some other healthly eating books and a few work out dvds from the library today...feeling good about how next week will play out even though I'm sure my weight will be up on Monday's weigh in. Gotta stay positive...stress just makes you fatter.
