No weight change. Only went to the gym once this week. Broke out the Vitamix from my birthday and tried a few recipes. The weather is colder here now, rainy, just right for low cal soups. Found a high fiber, low sugar !"cookie" more like a digestive biscuit. Helps with the mozzarella di bufala! Also tried canned black beans this week. Different.
