Today was such a bad day. Things at work, problems with the ex husband and my 5 year niece had an accident at the pool. she decided to spin around when she jumped in the water and slammed her face against the concrete. Her face is all kinds of tore up.

As far as food I havent over eaten but I have realized that i dont like anything that is completely healthy for me. too much fat too many carbs too much salt. guess i could just drink water lol

I think what you ate looks fine. Maybe a tad salty, but overall nothing to be too worried about. You don't have to be perfect to lose weight :). I've never heard of TOPS. What is it? Sorry to hear about your niece. Hooe tomorrow will be better!
