Lots of time left in this month still! Beginning of August is my birthday, so of course a goal of sorts lol. God willing, one to two pounds dropped a week would be nice. :) Tomorrow is weigh in day so I am super focused. I have added the seawall on the North Shore (8.5 km) to my morning running routes. Although it is mostly cement, the breathtaking views of the ocean are so worth it! Nevertheless, today's run was a bit of a fight halfway through, and then, suddenly, the music picked up and a second wind came. Yah!! It might be wise to plan a rest day for tomorrow though...
