Well, I am feeling pretty good we went to a 50th birthday party and there were some foods there like Price Club birthday cakes that normally I would eat (several pieces of) and I have to say I honostly did not even want a piece. I also made something to take that normally I would have eaten the whole 13x9 pan of. I made the recipe because I had the ingredients in the house and I wanted to get them out of he housenow they are gone not tempting me. I cut the treats into 1x1 inch pieces. I had one and although they tasted OK they were not great so I am satisfied and it was not hard to leave them all at the party so all in all I am pretty pleased with myself.
