mostly, I'm following the Fast-5 plan. My eating window is narrowing, now it's between 2PM and 5:30PM. When I get very hungry Shangri-La comes to the rescue. I have no sense of smell, so any oil is okay. Contrary to popular thought, I can taste. I do think I eat things more heavily spiced than most people because of the fact that I have no sense of smell whatsoever.
I'm not counting calories or keeping a record of what I eat at the moment, which accounts for my long periods of maintaining weight. AS is good.
