Happy happy Saturday...the ole endorphins and positive energy are definitely flowing...

Zwift added some new courses yesterday...so after watching them on you tube..naturally I figured what the heck...I need a great Saturday workout... the you tube link of video... https://youtu.be/HbqX6z6_5Bk

19.13 miles...92 min ride..784 elevation..471 in calories....and with the up the hill..down the hills..my upper thighs were feeling the workout..a great thing..and my tummy was growling loudly 45 minutes into my workout...I just let it growl...can’t burn the flab..if your burning it off...

So...change out the riding bibs...get laundry ready...and have breakfast...

cut grass yesterday...then came in house sneezing ...so took echinacea to stay ahead of that..seems to help me..today...just great...


Welp..time to get moving again...tummy feels deprived...lol..
