Down a little more today which is good from my slight gain over the weekend. That's what I like about this... I see results! If I mess up I just go back to it and it comes off... its nice. What is not nice on the other-hand is drinking green tea... I know it's good for you but gosh does it taste gross! I'd like this week to go by really well... had a slightly stressful night after I got home from doing hair... hopefully it levels out as the day progresses. Oh and it's my friend Karen's (Ciao Manhattan) birthday! If you're friends with her make sure to tell her happy birthday =) Hope everyone is well and moving along on this little journey we are embarking!

Have you tried the flavored stevia drops? Makes green tea taste much better.
Results are good and keep you motivated. I read an article that motivation in seeing the pounds go down is a really big factor in how successful we are in any weight loss regimine. Have fun watching that scale go down.

hey brat- i left a comment on your journal the other day and i guess you never got it, what shots are you taking? green tea, i know- not my fav- i tried and tried but it is old fashion water for me- with lemon- the acidity is supposivley good for breaking down fat- whatever.happy for you on the loss!

Ya I have star, but not in the green tea, that's a good idea!
Bailey, it's called hCG and it honestly works really well, it's just really restrictive on the food and amount you eat... I've come to a point where I'm considering not continuing with it. Although the loss is really good, it's killing my social life and I'm having a hard time keeping up with it =(
