OK it has not been my finest hour in the diet and exercise area these past couple of months! Holidays, got back on track after the first of the year, and then just hurt my knee somehow in late January, so my exercise has fallen off too. Still keeping track of food up until my trip to Cabo with Gayle and Linda, Just got back from the laziest vacation ever!!! So nice and relaxing though.

So I've gained a few pounds back and now it is time to get back on track!
