I have now been bouncing between the same three numbers for two weeks. I'm not "cheating." My calories are staying around 1500-1700 and my carbs are staying under 20, even without subtracting fiber. I am drinking massive amounts of water and getting to the gym a few times a week. At times like this, it's so hard to stick with it. :(

Looking at your food diary I see a lot of bacon and cheese. Perhaps the sodium is preventing you from losing more. Maybe you need to shake things up, I see a lot of the same thing, eggs, bacon, eggs, eggs & cheese. Anyway, just a suggestion. Good luck and hang in there. You'll get over this hump!

Yeah... :( The bacon I can let go, but the eggs are one of the only proteins I can afford right now.

You're doing great! Don't get discouraged with a stall ... it is pretty typical after losing so much initially. Just keep it up and you will see that drop happen again. Careful about letting go of the bacon though, as your calories will drop too. Or you can explore other food options to replace the bacon that will keep your calories up without effecting your salt and carb intake. You want to keep your calories up to prevent your metabolism from doing a natural stall/starvation mode. And perhaps that is part of what you are experiencing if your calories are way below your RDI. Your averaging about 40-50% of your RDI right now... maybe try to bump that up to see if that helps.

Thanks, RedHolly. I think I did low-calorie for so long that I just can't wrap my head around eating 2700 (!) calories per day... and I know I don't need to eat quite that many, but should be aiming for at least 2000. I'm just afraid the weight will spike up even more.
