Whirlwind day..no time to breathe. Sooooo glad that I've prepared in advance with meals for the week. Weight loss is good but my feet and ankles are still so swollen to the point they hurt. Grrrr! Keep hearing conflicting stories about whether I should exercise. Need to figure out how to carve at least a half hour a day, but am finding it very difficult this week. It doesn't help that it's the desert and the temperature is a 113*F. Need to find some options. Feeling positive about the weight loss and having FS. Such a great tool. My Diet calendar has shown me I need to start adding more protein and less fat. Never kept track previously, and what you think you eat and what you actually eat are very different. Feel good that I'm setting a good example for the kids. They are a little resistant to Atkins dinners but usually eat it and discover it's not too bad. 5 days down, 2 more days till the end of my first week. Haven't had any severe cravings. When my sweet tooth has acted up, I've tried the Atkin's cream soda recipe. DELISH and sweet tooth satisfied. Only 2 this week, so I am happy about that too!
