My weight is climbing slightly everyday. :( I am working on increasing my caloric intake so I don't go into starvation mode (I don't see how that's possible anyway... as much as I have to lose).

I had no bacon today and am cutting caffeine consumption down to half. This is ridiculous... it feels like I'm doing everything right and I'm gaining/stalling anyway.

I think, in looking at your food journal, that you might need some more veggie carbs, 12-15g carbs a day from veggies. I know its hard, but it really makes a difference! Other that that your diet looks great! I think your calories look fine :) Oh, and tons and tons of water to help flush all the fat! Dont lose hope! With a little tweaking you will watch those numbers fall again!

Thanks! I am going to try to do that with the veggies. That's what I did today. It means cutting back on the cheese and sauces/dressings a bit more, but if that's what it takes...
