Just when u think you've reached smooth sailing. Yesterday, I failed to eat any veggies for breakfast or lunch. (Lack of Time)...When I got home, feel asleep reading an Atkins book. When I woke up, My body was hungry and my son had made tater tots. I thought sweets were my downfall, but I could not make myself resist. I was quickly making myself a salad, but could not make the salad quickly enough.
Lesson learned is to eat all of my planned food so I do have the strength to walk away. Have actually had some sweet cravings too. (Didn't I just journal that I wasn't having any cravings???? )
So I am doing my meal planning for the upcoming week. Trying to add more protein, and less fat. I start the P90x challenge on Monday so I will be talking with kids and hubby to let them know I need an hour and a half every afternoon.
Lost 7 lbs this week. I should be excited, but I had so much water weight that I'm holding off any feelings of triumph until next weekend. Isn't that usually the hardest week for everyone on Biggest Loser??
