Things are getting better. We are going camping this weekend and I am really looking forward to it. I just need to make sure I have planned for my meals to integrate well with the families otherwise I may feel deprived.
I want to work on 'letting go' of the physical results over the next week. I want to just focus on building healthier relationships and being 'free' from all the negative self-talk.
I am reallly enjoying this website and all that it offers.
