I have to really keep track and make sure that I eat enough food. I realized this weekend when I was working too much and didn't eat lunch that I actually gained a little weight, but when I was able to eat three full meals, I began losing again. Odd concept to wrap my head around, but I know that your body does not want to be starved and when it does, it conserves fat...

Strange but true! Skipping a meal is probably the worst thing you can do! Good to see that you're thinking this through. Your chart looks great.
