Trying to mentally prepare for my new challenge and get back on track with one that is already in progress. I get on my treadmill today.

This was my first real workout since hurting my knee. The plan is to workout 1 hour at leat 5 days a week. Today was 30 minutes upper body resistance and 30 minutes on the treadmill. Everyday I will push harder on the treadmill but only for 30 minutes. 1 mile in 21 minutes total distance in 30 minutes 1.406 miles Today's pattern was jog 1 minute then run 1 minute.

Great job! Don't over do it, we don't want your knee to get hurt again. But great work so far!

Thanks! I'm really trying to have a plan that I can stick to, so that I don't fall off mid-challenge.

I won't allow you to fall off. That's a promise! Just keep being honest and I can help push you along or maybe drag you along depends on how much resistance I get from you...lol. We will do this!
