Realised that part of the reason I'm finding it difficult to get myself to the gym is that I'm getting bored with my usual routine. Need to work in some new challenges and workouts to freshen things up. Perhaps get in some swimming...tentative as have found swimming pretty dull in the past, but hey, can't hurt to give it a go!
