A little stressed out more than usual today. Busy day with trying to learn a new job. I ate a pretty good today. I still haven't reached my points. To be honest, I still have 10 points to go. I am not hungry though. I guess I can have a glass of milk later on to eat up some of my points. I don't think I have had my recommended calcium today. But I am doing great with the water. I really can't wait to weigh in on Sunday.

Best of luck on sunday! Sometimes I have a hard time using up all my points and I found that if I use my extra points... I gain. Not sure why that is. Keep up the good work and get that calcium in! :)
