GRRR....two days in a row we have work picnics/meetings that offer lunch. Today was 2 ribs, a spoonful of beans/beef, a sandwich bar (Bun, turkey, cheese), and a mini cupcake. I have no idea how to total this out, so I guessed. SO frustrating. In all, it was like half a plate... but I calculated almost 700 calories.
