I'm so thankful that I have not been cheating. I know that it is not me but the Lord who's guiding me through this new lifestyle. I know that with my own 'human' strength and determination, it wouldn't be enough.
I'm seeing a positive change in my body. I also feel less hungry (i used to nibble on food here and there- my mom called me a mouse) all the time. In fact, I've stopped thinking about eating all the time. Thank you Jesus!
