Thanks for the support friends. I went to Happy Hour #2 and indulged without overindulging. I have to say I really like the feeling of not overeating. That too full feeling is so gross! Eating until I'm no longer hungry rather than full feels so......much.....better! Thanks to those who have taught me to eat realistically!

Yes, Mrs. Roboto, it does. Rosio, I think the most important things you've taught me are to be patient and that when you yo-yo diet the pounds come back and they bring their friends who don't want to leave. I have lost weight quickly in the past only to continually regain more and more each time. No more of that! Slow and steady wins the race. Maybe I should change my name to tortoise!
