I was extra naughty after my workout yesterday. Cheesecake Factory ❤️❤️ I ate the entire slice sitting in my car before work 😆 I didn’t eat the mound of whipped cream though. Probably saved a couple hundred calories
I did box squats yesterday. Took a little while to situate the box just right. I did a ton of reps 😆 Squating low feels alright but I’m going to have to use the box for a bit to make sure I’m doing it “right” 😒 I only slept a few hours last night and I have to go into work at 11am so I’m not going to the gym this morning. I’m currently on my second cup of coffee. I’m off tomorrow 😍 Hope you guys have a great day 😄
