Stress really got me yesterday. I "relieved it" with 3 cans of Diet Coke, two Steak Chalupa Supremes, one serving of chocolate pudding with whipped cream and nuts, half of a baked potato with cheese, bacon & Ranch dressing, and THREE servings of Tapioca Pudding. I didn't drink ANY water all day, but I got more exercise (playing hide-n-go-seek, endlessly picking up toys, cooking 3 meals for the kids, etc). Thankfully, I still recorded everything I ate and I got right back on track this morning. Even though I logged a terrible day, with corresponding weight gain this morning, I still pulled off a 2.5-pound LOSS for the week! VERY thankful to be able to have a cheat day that isn't turning into a cheat MONTH! This is progress for me! Thanks to everyone who has been such an encouragement as I've slowly gotten back ON TRACK after a long time dangling by a thread.
