Have not had time to sign in for several weeks. Have continued exercising, even joining a class two days a week for add'l variety. I have one session left with my trainer, but we will do that after the class is over (as he is teaching the class).

Noticed some changes in my body. Cannot believe that I have actually lost weight! It is a "not me" experience some of the time.

I must get more structured with my diet and calorie intake. For just over two weeks, I wrote down everything, including calories - so that I could say within a calorie range. I stopped, for no particular reason, but I need to start again. I know that I am far above the calorie count when I don't write it down.

Being fully committed to weight loss is a struggle for me. Will continue to do my best!
