Porridge 40g + 200ml skimmed milk + 3g cinnamon + 10g zero calorie sugar + 10g zero calorie Syrup French toast made with 100ml egg whites 2 drops of Vanilla essence 3g cinnamon 10g zero calorie sugar Protein shake 50g x tone chocolate flavour mixed with ice and water 500ml

I use cinnamon because it helps ur body digest The carbohydrates more efficiently

you dont need protein shakes. ditch the the processed and you will lose weight

Peanut, I need to intake my body weight in protein to try and preserve as much muscle as I can when I’m cutting, 1g or protein to every pound of body weight, my goal is to get down to 8 or 9 % body fat, so I keep my protein high my carbs inbetween and fats at 20% of my daily calories intake 😁💪💪

Don’t listen to those extremists they are lost themselves. Calorie deficit is all u need to lose weight.

Could you break down the cals pls? A meal like that for just over 500 cals would be amazing when I'm feeling in a binge mood
