I am on the right path and I think that Atkins is the BEST plan for me to follow. I will be incorporating gluten-free elements so I can manage my fibromyalgia symptoms. I am on my way to something great.....because I BELIEVE IN ME!

I started a gluten free lifestyle change in early January and bought a lot of "gluten free" products from Trader's Joes and Whole Foods in late January and February.

Because I was not counting ANYTHING as I transitioned my eat habits I gained weight and I was not happy about that. On the positive side I did see a large decrease in my physical pain. For the first time in over a year I was able to go without any daily pain meds.

I started the induction phase of Aitkins about two weeks ago and was doing well until the beginning of last week. All I wanted to eat was CHOCOLATE and MORE CHOCOLATE. I gained 6 pounds for indulging myself so I am starting over again but that is okay.

I am going to start my induction on April's Fool day plus I love to start new weightloss plans on Monday.
