That cucumber from my friends garden was such a cool, crisp, delightful snack, too bad I didn't look it up before I ate it. Too many carbs for today, but, no weak spells. The doc says that my extreme core weakness is from lack of carbs and the only way around it is to keep track and try to have atleast 3carbs in my snacks.
